Они очень легко готовятся, если у вас в наличии уже есть отваренное картофельное пюре. Пюре придаст закуске плотность, а аромат ей обеспечит зеленый лук. Так как закуска уже содержит в себе и мясное блюдо, и гарнир, то дополнительно гарнировать ее можно лишь свежими овощами или зеленью.

  • 1 банка печени трески 100-115 г
  • 2 отварных куриных яйца
  • 1 пучок зеленого лука
  • 200 г картофельного пюре
  • соль по вкусу

Приготовление

1. Картофельное пюре заранее приготовим из отваренного картофеля, не добавляя в воду при варке соль, и дадим остыть. Помните о том, что готовя закуску, необходимо использовать только охлажденные ингредиенты, иначе вы уменьшаете срок годности блюда. Куриные яйца также заранее отварим в течение 15 минут и остудим в холодной воде, счистим скорлупу и промоем. Выложим картофельное пюре в глубокую емкость. Нарежем остывшие куриные яйца крупными кубиками и добавим в ту же емкость.

2. Промоем стебли зеленого лука, измельчим их и высыплем нарезку в емкость. Вместо зеленого лука можно использовать свежую или маринованную черемшу, зеленые побеги чеснока.

3. Вскроем баночку консервов «Печень трески», аккуратно выльем масло в емкость и выложим сам продукт туда же. Перемнем вилкой его с остальными ингредиентами и попробуем на вкус. Зачастую в содержимое консервов добавляют много соли, поэтому пробовать блюдо – обязательно! Если же специй не хватает, то добавим их по своему вкусу.

4. Выстелим блюдо промытыми листьями свежего салата и, сформировав в мокрых ладонях шарики из содержимого емкости, выложим их на листья. Подадим к столу охлажденными.(фото 6)

    Today, I went to the beach front with my
    kids. I found a sea shell and gave it to my 4 year old daughter and said «You can hear the ocean if you put this to your ear.» She placed
    the shell to her ear and screamed. There was a hermit crab inside and it pinched

    what if you added a little content? I ain’t saying your content is not solid., however
