Черничный чизкейк в стаканах
Если душа требует десерта, а в холодильнике – почти ничего нет, то можно создать черничный чизкейк в стаканах, благо для его приготовления требуется минимум ингредиентов. Можно использовать как свежую чернику, так и замороженную, главное – получить ее сок, чтобы блюдо смотрелось ярко и празднично. Сливочное масло можно исключить из списка ингредиентов, если у вас в наличии сметана высокой жирности или домашние сливки. Черничный чизкейк идеально подойдет для подачи с чашечкой горячего чая или кофе к приходу неожиданных гостей. Его можно создать заранее за 30 минут, чтобы печенье на дне успело пропитаться, или же приготовить с приходом гостей, если вы любите рассыпчатую и хрустящую основу.

  • 100 г песочного печенья «Топленое молоко»
  • 200 г творога любой жирности
  • 100 мл сметаны высокой жирности
  • 50-70 г черники
  • 50 г сахарного песка

1. Выложим в глубокую емкость творог любой жирности, добавим сметану и сахарный песок. Тщательно перемешаем и разделим массу на две части. В одну часть добавим промытые ягоды черники и тщательно разотрем, чтобы творожная масса приобрела яркий фиолетовый цвет.

2. В чистые сухие стаканы или чашки раскрошим песочное печенье со вкусом топленого молока, оставляя 1-2 шт. для украшения десерта. Наполним емкости примерно на одну треть. Можно использовать любое печенье, даже галетное, но если оно слишком сухое, то желательно его пропитать.

3. Выложим белую сладкую творожную массу, стараясь не запачкать стенки стаканов, заполняя емкости на две трети. Кстати, по желанию в массу можно добавить немного ванильного сахара или ванильного ароматизатора.

4. Последним слоем выложим чернично-творожную массу, заполняя стаканы или чашки почти до верха. Можно использовать черничный крем из сметаны, если он есть в наличии.

5. Верх десерта присыплем измельченным печеньем, выложим несколько ягод черники и листочки свежей мяты.

6. Подадим десерт к столу вместе с чашечкой горячего напитка: латте, капучино, чая или кофе и небольшими ложечками.
